Check the fence beside gates and passages
Where a fence meets a gate, the two need considering together. Explain whether the gate currently opens freely, which direction it swings and whether its support is part of the affected fence. Replacing an adjacent panel does not automatically resolve movement in the gate post.
Mention any shared passage beside the boundary and the width that needs to remain usable. Identify who controls access and any arrangements with neighbouring occupiers. If you want the fence line changed, resolve the property position before agreeing the installation rather than treating an old post as conclusive evidence of ownership.
Describe access to the Bow work area
